Introduction
The Group Booking Indicator allows front-desk teams, property managers, and housekeeping to easily identify which reservations are part of a group booking. This provides clarity in daily operations, especially during check-in or task coordination, and helps ensure consistency in communication and service delivery across related guests.
Note: this feature is currently only available for techstacks witch the PMS Apaleo and Mews. More to follow.
Key functionalities on reservation overview:
- Visual Indicator: Reservations that are part of a group are marked with a group icon next to the guest’s name.
- Hover Interaction: When hovering over the icon, a tooltip displays:
- Group Name
- Booking ID
- A call-to-action to filter the table by group name

Quick Filtering: Clicking the button in the tooltip allows the user to instantly filter all reservations related to the same group, making it easier to view and manage them as a whole.

Once inside an individual reservation that belongs to a group:
