To ensure that redirects and functions work properly, you should enable the following links:

Setting up message communication

a) Sending messages (outgoing)

So that messages can be sent to your guests via LIKE MAGIC:

  • The sender address (e.g. inbox@KUNDENDOMAIN) must be entered under the permitted e-mail addresses. Example view:

Important: Without this approval, e-mails cannot be delivered reliably.

b) Receiving messages (incoming)
Currently, only the reservation chat is automatically assigned to a booking. General inquiries or special requests must currently be assigned manually.
Reservation chat: Property → Contacts → Special requests
The forwarding email address must be provided by our support team. As soon as this is available, it must be sent to the locations listed below in Booking.com:

Example of a message concerned:

Reservationdetails: Property → Contacts → Reservation

To ensure that replies that you send from the back office via LIKE MAGIC to these "inbound messages" are also sent correctly, the same e-mail address must also be stored under communication preferences.
  • inbox@YOURDOMAIN
